Omar is a plumber, Shadia a civil servant. They meet on a deserted island where neither remembers when or how they arrived. All they know is that the island is crawling with predators and that their lives are in danger.
As they fight for survival, their mysterious captors give them a choice. They can either stay in a shelter for three years or try and escape the island by facing its unknown dangers.
Choosing freedom over safety, the two make a run for it and meet a man who tells them that they are part of a human experiment run by Neanderthals. Now, more than ever, Omar and Shadia are determined to find a way out.
